    People don't need curb feelers anymore, they just drive up in the grass or just stop and park 2 feet from the curb. People used to yell "if you can't drive it park it" but now so many people can't even park.

    I am pretty sure Dutch can build much better cars… oh wait, the only car built by the Dutch had max speed of a lawnmower and looks of a budged version Trabant…. Oh and you could race it in reverse 🤣🤣🤣🤣…. Gotta love the Dutch engineering, what they have contributed to the car industry is the most uninspiring unreliable automatic transmission ever made

  • @photo_n_art
    @photo_n_art 11 годин тому

    What Dutch had on their minds instead of having a car industry was how to get their bicycles back, stolen by Nazis 😂😂😂 Btw. thanks to the Dutch invention of the “rubber band” CVT transmission we have now the most uninspiring cars ever made… I guess we better start learning how to race in reverse to gain some excitement 🤦🏼‍♂️

    It is the usual gang of industrialists who back fascist regimes Oil companies, Bankers, pharmaceuticals like baer and lillie all bought and sold their souls in switzerland for short term profits and to hell with the poor guys fighting the battles since they all had pet doctors who would exempt their sons from having to serve. Wave the flag and open the cash register There is no morals in the boardrooms. and most politicians are more then eager to be bought off.as it appears many supreme court justices also are.

    I was enjoying the car content until you switched to political point scoring. Oh dear this type of gloating is infantile. If you measure the 'success' of a regime simply by its capacity to produce goods then you fail to see wider issues not withstanding the race to environmental oblivion.

    My mom just bought a 2021 Toyota sienna Platinum awhile back. I had to ride in a 2024 mid trim Pacifica for a trip for a college class. The sienna beats the Pacifica in every category other than being "An Minivan". The Pacifica was just very generic, with nothing really going for it. While I know the Sienna is a higher trim level, even looking past that, the Sienna is still just a better van in general. The Sienna is more spacious, has more comfortable seats, and is styled far better. Add to that that the Toyota, from base to lux trim, is a regen hybrid with 36 mpg and over 600 miles in range, compared to the Pacifica's 30 mpg and a 552 mile range combining both its electric and gas capacity, assuming you even buy the plug in hybrid model and not just the regular, which gets even worse performance, because for some reason your minivan needs a V6? Add to that that it is a Toyota engine under the hood, it has almost no mechanical issues. The only thing I found that the Pacifica did better was infotainment software. It had a far cleaner looking software, though I was unable to use it. The cherry on the top of this? The Sienna's models are all cheaper than their comparable Pacifica counterpart. So lets recap, The Pacifica is a minivan that is: has less room than its competition, is less fuel efficient, less reliable, all for a higher price. WTF is this business model?

    I drove trucks my whole life. I finally downsized into a crossover because truck sizes were just getting stupid, and it was getting to the point that most of the time I was hauling stuff for family or friends. Now I see a return of smaller trucks, but for me I don’t think I’ll ever go back. Just don’t need it, even if I loved the cabin space and ride height.
